Turn 129 10 AD

Have not looked at the save, so just asking do C3B or CDZ have Feudalism? Also, Mayapan is building worker at pop 1 with 4 turns to grow to pop 2.

Please, if possible, can you post the F1 advisor budget part at the end of the turn.

IMO, we need to expand and build more cities. In 5 turns, when FP is ready, the corruption will be greatly decreased.

I noticed that too. It's wasting three turns of production.

What's after Feudalism? Are we planning on building any artillery on our military build-up? Then engineering with trebuchets and bridges is the way to go. But I sense knights are more important, thus I support monotheism, as no one is willing to trade it with us.

Ok, opened the save. Just a few minor comments. Capital has been building sword apparently and was automatically switched to MDI which is 40 shields, so should have gone for a horsemen. For now can be turned onto 10 shpt to recover some food in the bin. Zoi has 2 extra food coming (+8), need only +6 to grow. Borodino is supposed to use the irrigated grassland for extra food to work more mined hills but needs aqueduct and some cultural expansion. Is doing fine though without it, so may be not needed. Chanel has too many tiles and need to produce settler or worker apparently. Same for Khazad-Dum. It cannot grow beyond pop 7. If we want more production, we should increase the luxury rate. This would enable at least one extra pop in most of the productive cities. Savannah might use an extra shield towards duct after Feudalism has been researched. Duck Pond apparently should have been building worker since now it has a clown. It is not a big deal, just annoying. The cities on Iron Island better be making workers and irrigating all over there to make more specialists in these cities. But not sure, eventually, they would be able to make a unit or two. Once these cities will grow in size, they would provide for two specialists instead of only one like it is now.

But in general looks OK. :goodjob:

Actually, almost perfect timing for Golden Age. Just a few turns to finish FP.

We should head for Chivalry as soon as possible! Once we have knights they don't stand a chance anymore.

What to think of that ???

Shall we offer it to both of them for Monotheism ??

No :p Monotheism doesn't bring any new units IIRC.

I am in full support of getting knights. We could use them as the second attack against C3B, after the CoG plan.

And how do you plan to research Chivalry without Monotheism ??? :crazyeye:

They can be polytheistic knights ;)

Sorry, forgot about that. In other news I just got word that a bunch of C3B people are freaking out that we are holding the save. They think we found another spy :p I told them that we are just going some internal stuff, and there is no spy. You may want to get it going though soon.

I want to contact CDZ a.s.a.p.! May I?
Just the line:
"We have Feudalism to offer you? Interested?"

I strongly suggest to tell C3B nothing about this!!

Yes, let's use our diplomatic skills to try to secure monotheism in our hot little hands. No tech to C3B though! They don't need an easy way to get pikes.

Well, I think it would be a good idea that you plan a bit with Provo, just to make sure everything goes good, and he is ambassador. But I'm not gonna make you.

C3B should not know anything.

To CDZ:
Hi!

We have Feudalism and noticed you don't have it yet. Are you interested in
buying it? Just make an offer if you are.

Kind regards,
Matrix, CivFanatics
I just chatted with Emp.Napoleon and came up with the following thought: CDZ don't have iron. What good would Feudalism do them then? (Or Chivalry for that matter.) There's a big chance they're heading/they headed for Military Tradition straight on from the beginning they entered the Middle Ages. (I know a lot of CDZ like to do that too. ;)) That's probably the reason they don't have Feudalism yet.

"What about CGN? They must have iron if CDZ don't?" With CDZ having no interest in Feudalism, they surely don't want buy it for any reasonable price from them as well.

This will also mean they will probably offer very little for Feudalism, if at all. So don't start whining "Ah, they don't wanna trade cos they want to destroy us!!" when they say they're not interested. ;) (Though it does remain to be a possibility.)

Even if they are getting military tradition they need fuedalism. Just not monotheism.
