All officials are reminded to post instructions in the Term 2 Instruction Thread.

We need to keep playing cat-and-mouse with the Gamecatcher Leader until we can get them out into the open and kill him. GCA is likely to attempt an escort with the two swordsmen in the area. I hope they try. The problem will be attempting to get them in the mountains due to the move-and-fortify little trick.*

Also, Cha Ching needs some micromanagement next turn - we need to move the laborer from the fish to a hill tile to complete the archer in 2 turns instead of 3.

* For those of you are unfamiliar... thanks to the Fortify All option in the right-click menu, units can move their full allotment of moves and still fortify at the end of their turn provided they end up on a tile with other friendly units.

Congratulations on your Iron Hill victory (and to Mara Jade). That was a great summary. Good luck on trapping and killing that great leader as it comes out of the mountains.

Question: The 850ad Local map shows the same troop positions as the 875ad Military map does. I imagine the Military map has the correct date on it as I didn't get to see the 850ad maps and stats. Is this correct? Or didn't our units move? Also I'm assuming the CDG unit went into the forest to look for other CGA units.

There was little movement this past turn, so it may look like we didn't move at all.

The far-eastern horseman actually moved NW, spotted the GL and then moved back to it's original location. From there, it can either strike the GL (if it emerges to the edge of the hills) or the southern Swordsman.

The southeastern horseman did move into the mountains further, and has yet not been detected by GCA forces (the swordsman is visible only because the horseman in the grasslands can see the mountain 2 tiles away). We might get very lucky if GCA accidentally moves their GL adjacent to this unit thinking it's safe in the mountains... :hammer:
