So, I've seen plenty of turn end glitches, but nothing quite like this.
In Civ IV: Colonization, if I can't complete a building project due to lack of tools, then later get those tools, it doesn't show the usual pop-up, and causes the game to glitch so that your turn doesn't progress normally. Instead having to press enter after every order made, and then shift-enter to end the turn. When this happens, it also disables several pop-up menus including diplomacy, and all the rest on that half of the screen, except for the main menu button which functions normally.
Finding no help, I'm reinstalling, but if anyone has a solution in case it comes up again, please let me know.
