I'm interested in knowing your/general turn milestones like how much science, pop, how many cities etc. you should have by certain turns. I play on standard speed but you can share your experiences even for other speeds :)

I play on standard speed.

I set goal turns for wonders sometimes, which requires a certain number of social policies and the tech.

Like a good target for the Hanging Gardens is turn 80 on higher difficulties.

I don't set goals for population because it should change a lot depending on the land.

On Deity? That thing usually goes on the mid 60's when I've played deity.
I got it on turn 72 yesterday. Could just be lucky though.

I tried to say that the milestone goal is to be in the classical era by turn 80, and have at least 4 social policies.

On exactly Deity you want to be faster than that (I want 5 social policies by turn 80), but I think the gap between Deity and below is fairly big, no?

I only really use milestones for early wonders and religions.

For standard Emperor:
-Stonehenge/Pyramids is safe until t25, a bit risky until t30 and very risky after that.
-Petra/Artemis/Mausoleum are safe until t40, a bit risky until t50 and very risky after that.
-For religion, <t90 is likely to make you the first founder, t90-110 is foundable but you might miss out on tenets you want, t110+ is possible but risky, with t120+ I just don't bother. I adjust my expectations based on civs (especially if India/Spain/Celts are in, you can tell without meeting them) and look at your neighbours' pantheons.
