Well, the culture ministry finally has something to do! 
- As per this poll Smith's Trading Company should be built in Shorin-Ryu beginning immediately.
- This poll shows that we would also like another Wonder to be started. So a prebuild should be started in Zojoji-- for a Wonder that will be determined by the next Turnchat.
And thank you to Governor Invy and Governor Rik Meleet for their willingness to alter building instructions for the Wonders.

We have learned Astronomy and Gunpowder, and are now working on Chemistry. We have 4 sources of salpeter in our territory! Two are connected. The Iroquois have one (unconnected). Also, Ibabango flipped to us! Ibabango held the Zulus' ONLY source of saltpeter.
Meanwhile, on the other continent, China is ripping Germany apart, and Russia is doing the same to India. China has gunpowder. There's also several really good trades that should help to boost science and our income. A wonder prebuild and Smith's Trade have been started.
