The point of Unique Historical Victory is to mirror history up to a point, but also to allow the "What if...?" to happen. For example, in RFC, Germany's 3 UHV conditions are to control France, Rome and Greece in 1870 (the Germans won the war of 1870), control Great Britain/Scandinavia and European Russia in 1940 (the Germans lost WW 2), and be the first to finish the tech tree (up against Japan who also has the same condition).
So UHVs for ROTK should be similar. As already mentioned, the conditions should be map neutral, but there are a lot of them that can be. For example:
--having certain vassals or certain number of vassals by year x
--controlling x% of land
--controlling discover certain techs by year x
--have x culture or gold by year y
--control x number of resources by year y
--defeat x number of specific units (ships or land units)
--build x number of buildings (wonders or not) by year y
Just to post some of my previous suggestions:
The Reconquista of Liu Bei (control the traditional lands associated with the Han Dynasty; depose Cao Cao and rescue the emperor)
The Civilizing of Meng Huo (attain certain techs and culture for the barbarian)
The Coronation of Yuan Shao (vassalize Cao Cao, adopt Emperor and Imperial Academy by year x, have at least 8 vassals)
Zhang Lu the Prophet (spread Religion to 50% of population, have at least 6 civs adopt Religion as state religion, build 3 Regional governments for Religion)
Yan Baihu:
1. Survive until 205
2. Control or destroy Wang Lang
3. Capture any of Sun Ce's cities
Ma Teng:
1. Have 5 horse sources available to your capital
2. Capture Chang An
3. Eliminate Han Sui OR form a defensive pact with him
Liu Zhang:
1. Vassalize or destroy Zhang Lu by 205
2. Vassalize or destroy Liu Bei by 210
3. Have the most gold in the world by 212
