This map includes Westeros, Essos, Sothoryos, Middle Earth, Numenor, Tamriel, Akavir, Azeroth and a few smaller islands.
I've always wanted to play civ on a map that will include all of my favourite worlds.
I haven't found one so I decided to make one.
I adapted a map that I made for BtS because I think it belongs more to the FFH2 lore than BtS.
Civs you play with are standard civs from FFH2, but I changed their names and the names of their leaders

-Kingdom of The North (Bannor)
-Kingdom of Westeros (Doviello)
-Free Cities of Essos (Hippus)
-The Cities of Slaver's Bay (Balseraphs)
-Tribes of Sothoryos (Calabim)
-Asshai (Kuriotates)
-Aldmeri Dominion (Ljosalfar)
-Empire of Cyrodiil (Amurites)
-Kingdom of Arnor (Grigori)
-Dwarven Clans (Khazad)
-Kingdom of Gondor (Elohim)
-Mordor (Illians)
