UltraFast Speed - Faster game speed than Online speed.

A game speed faster than the Online one.

Worried for not been an expert modder, never posted a Mod before, until I made and tried this one, which I believe is not only working fine, but also makes the game to be lots more agile or nimble.

Hello,

I will give this a try tonight and see how it works. The Family and I used a Quicker Turns mod for Civ IV and loved it, otherwise, even Quick games would go on for months...we got tired of that slowness (even on Quick).
