My capital is trying to build the UN.
It is producing 40 base hammers.
It has Ironworks and access to both coal and iron.
It also has a forge.
It lists 88 at the top even though it should be 90.
It also says the UN will take 19 turns.
1000/88 = 11.36. It should round up to 12 turns.
What is wrong?
Do both iron and/or coal need to be in the radius itself?
Did I add wrong and actually have 35 hammers?
I probably added correctly but it could have a weird algorithm.
I want to know this because it am wondering if it would build the UN in less time total if I build a factory and maybe a power plant first.
