Just cosmetic idea.
Not for different functionallity of UN.
Basiclty, instead of sceen with results of voting, you should get full-screen view of UN in background (inside).
And there should be leader animations for all alive civilizations showing them how they cast their vote (exemot you, since you casted it last turn).
Similar to, lets say, Moo2 diplo victory voting.
I think it's possible to do this with python.
Basicly vote results popup needs to be replaced with full and animated UN screen.
