Unable to play any games now

So for the past few days I am unable to play.

When I start a new game (no mods) the game opens but no units or settlers etc appears and the game quick goes through turns.

I have uninstalled the game, reinstalled, checked windows defender, checked drivers etc. Nothing is helping. Whats going on?

PC: Windows 10 64Bit, intel i5 2500, asus mobo, 8GB ram and nvidia 1070.

Game is also updated to the latest version.

I'm having the same issues as this guy, so if someone could help that would be great.

I have the exact same issue and it's really bugging me!!! No matter what the setup options are, the game launches a blank map. Even when all of my mods/dlcs are disabled! Help please!
