To the elections as a whole - You opened them before a date previously agreed upon. Polls were supposed to open in 3 turns.

I will run for the two justic deparment roles, as I'm now 6 votes behind in my runoff... oh well, being a judge in this country is great (elected official before code of laws, what more could you ask?)

Been swamped with work. I did 5 hours of homework last night :barf:. Tonight I will have some free time, and those polls will be up!

EDIT: 40J, dont you pick the person you want for the job? Im thinking I don't need to post a poll. Someone want to clear this up for me.

Well, it seems that according to our Constitution, the President is only responsible for appointing the two Judicial positions. The Domestic Leader is responsible for appointing the Science Minister position.

If your name is on this list and you do not wish it to be there, or if you desire your name to be added to this list, please post in this thread ASAP. I intend to make my appointments this weekend, and I imagine that Octavian will act similarly.

Keep in mind that, according to our Constitution, there are no limits to the number of positions an individual can hold. But I ask that nobody take on a position without a willingness and ability to perform the work needed for that position.

I think its like a lawyer, and defends people when they are accused for disobeying the Constitution.

There is a council vote thread posted on this topic now. All council members are instructed to cast their votes at their earliest convenient opportunity.
