As what the title says we have already seen for instance Unique Units tied to leaders such as the Redcoat to Victoria, the Rough Rider to Teddy, the Viking Longship to Harald, and the Hetairoi to Alexander.
I'm not sure if Firaxis would do this but what if a leader got some sort of Unique Infrastructure sometimes.
This can be for any new Civ or an alternate leader for a civ right now. Here are some off the top of my head.

Mansa Musa-could grant the Treasury which replaces the bank. Their other UI would be a mud mosque.
Vladimir Lenin- a Unique Govt. Plaza -the Kremlin.
Ramesess II- UI Ramesseum which could go well being adjacent to wonders and the Sphinx.
Pacal- Inscription Temple maybe if he is the leader and have another infrastructure?
Pachacuti- Machu Picchu could be his Unique Infrastructure while the tambo or terrace farm could be a UI.
Ashurbanipal- Royal Library which replaces the Library maybe.

What does everybody else think and what would you choose?

Salon - Unique Building for Napoleon III, replaces Art Museum and Archeological Museum

+3 Science and Culture. Additional Science and Culture equivalent to its home district's adjacency bonus if city is at full Loyalty. Contains 3 slots for a Great Work, Artifact, or Relic; automatically becomes themed once all slots are filled regardless of work type. May support one Archeologist.

While there were still Salons during the second empire, they are more characteristic to the 17-18th centuries. I also fail to see why they would replace museums. Or maybe you're thinking about Cabinets of Curiosities?
