Unit/Civ,etc. editor won't work Help!!!!

Ok, i can make scenarios, BUT when i click on something to edit, part of the editor screen is off the page and the close and cancel button are placed off the screen so therefore i have to press crtl-alt-Delete and press End Task what the f***'s goin' on here! :suicide:
