unit limit

Could the unit limit of Civ3 Conquest be extended? I am using version 1.22

I have seen something of NO LIMIT OF 512 cities, could it be possible to do the same but with the units?.

My cities generate units but they don't come out...

Yes those limits you mention can indeed be extended. See the flintlock mod and Quintillus editor for more details.
