units in Civopedia no longer animated

Not sure what I did or when it happened, but the units in the civopedia are no longer animate, but static. I've been through the advanced options and reset the defaults, but they are still static. Any suggestions?

I'm sure I did, but unfortunately I don't know what it was

I've tried resetting the defaults in Options, but still nothing. I'm trying to figure out what setting would control that.

did you change the graphics settings in the options screen or in the civilizationIV.ini?
