I saw these guys on TV.Very funny guys.But man are the cds starting to pile up.I don't think they have considered the logistics of receiving,storing and transporting all that plastic.They are gonna end up with way more than 1 million.People are shipping them in by the crate full.From all over the world.They are using one of the guy's garages:eek:

Pretty embarrassing for AOL.Ain't that a shame :D

:lol: Thats great! I personally hang them from a shelf, tape a peice of paper across the hole and then try to shoot through it with my BB gun. Lotsa fun!

Reminds me of that episode of Futurama with the SmellOscope. The Professor says something like;

"The centre of gravity is located between this vein of hospital waste and this deposit of AOL discs...."

Hilarious!

I sent an email to those guys about why they haven't updated their numbers in a while..they said it's because they are getting cds so fast it's getting too hard to even count them! :eek:

Wow! It's great that people are still sending them. I will have to remember this.

But I might use mine first since I am getting rid of my cable modem....nothing like free internet from AOL! :eek:

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DONT DO THAT!!!!

Get freeI or some other piece of crap, not aol :(

Believe me, they'll probably charge you for the next 8 mos. after you cancel.

But since you are a newbie and not very smart it's ok ;)

NEVER EVER GET RID OF ANYTHING FOR AOL!

AOL is a torrnetal piece of idiocy - kick-offs frequent and hellish, it's slower than other ISPs, and it's incompatible with YIM, MSN, or pop-up killers.

I'm glad somebody is taking action against what AOL has been doing. I've been bombarded with CDs way too long now...I think that I'll even send some CDs to them as well.

To your dog? There was a pic on NoMoreAOLCDs.com of a dog chewing on an AOL CD.

I have around twenty or so. Most of 'em are from my dad's office, which I think is completely stupid. They [dad's office] has a T-1 line and wouldn't sacrafice for AOL, even high-speed.
