Updating drivers Help please

how do i find out if I have outdated or incorrect video drivers?
I dont know how to find out what kind i have either so help is greatly appreciated

1) Start -> Run -> type "dxdiag"

2) Click "Display" tab. Graphics card is on the left under "Device", driver and version on the right under "Drivers".

You are looking for "Device" -> Name for the graphics card, and "Drivers" -> Version for the driver version number.

the readme told me to go to this site http://www.sis.com/download/
and i went to
IGP graphics driver--->SiS650 & SiS740 series--->Windows XP

im not sure if this is the right thing because when I download it and unzip the files there are a bunch of files in there and they dont work
