Upgrading ship leads to Unit Awaiting Orders [Reproduceable]

Attempting to upgrade my caravel in the city with another unit leads to a Unit Awaiting Orders icon with no means to escape it. Clicking on it does not center on the unit in question and I'm forced to reload. Upgrading OUTSIDE the city results in no problems.

If you are talking about the caravel in Longxi, it upgraded just fine for me. The upgrade unlinked the caravel from the accompanying Great Admiral, but putting the GA back to sleep allowed me to proceed to Next Turn. On the next turn I was able to create a new escort formation between the upgraded ironclad and the GA, and move out of the city easily enough.

i have a unit awaiting orders bug as well where are the game ave files so i can post it. currently i have checked and all my units have taken orders, though i might have mossed something.

For me, save games are located at this path: D:\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization VI\Saves\Single. Might be slightly different on your system.

When the click fails to find the unit in question, go looking for it near:

• Units which have upgraded, therefore lost escort status
• Units which have joined companies/armies

These actions cause the game to lose track of the unit. Once you find it, you can command that unit and finish your turn.
