uploading game and winzip

Hi. Am playing Chieftain Training Day game and cannot get my saved file ("my turn" ) to upload either using the the zip string beginning: http:// etc. or using the browse insert key. Help? I think I need step by step walk through instructions and wondered if there was a link for something like that. Thanks
