Uranium & Aluminium

Im having trouble building a spaceship cause either one of the 2 ressources is missing. When i have aluminum, i don't have uranium and vice versa. Im playing at warlord level, so i can't really ask the other civilizations.
Is there anything i can do to get some strategic ressources?

Try a surgical strike on a city that has the rescource, sue for peace, and rush build culture. Then make sure it connects to your capital in some way. You might even want to take all the surrounding cities too, it sure is fun

Heck, you don't necessarily even have to attack an enemy to obtain a resource. You can often drop a city and "culture gank" the resource square if it's near their border.

But I agree, resources are a lot more enjoyable when you have to fight for them.
