Hey Urdnott, I'm doing Model UN this year, and I'm one of the delegates for the Democratic Republic of the Congo. So I want to do a civ for them, since they're modern and I researched them. The thing is, finding a good UA, or uniques in general for them is hard, since a lot of their distinguishing features are slightly horrible. Would you be interested in taking a shot?
