Does anyone know away to get USB2.0 drivers for Windows XP without downloading Service pack 1. It's just because it is quite a big file and I have a crappy download speed, and I really want to speed up the rate I can transfer files to my MP3 player.

If you're willing to spend an hour or 2 digging through the M$ website you could probably find them. Before you bother with that though, are you sure your motherboard and MP3 player support USB2.0? Just a driver upgrade won't give you it.

Yes I'm positive that both of them support USB 2.0. When I installed the drivers for the motherboard it said that USB 2.0 support could be enabled by downloading Service Pack 1. Also when I plug the MP3 player in it says about a hi speed USB device being plugged into a low speed. Plus the manual says that it is supported.

Then you'll just have to search at Micro$soft websites for the driver... :ack:

It might just be easier to download the service pack, I have about 30MB left
