V.41 Jumbled Health and Happiness modifiers

I'm greatly interested in this mod and have installed it, but there is a problem I can't seem to solve on my own and I can't seem to find any posts and topics on the forums related to the problem. While the game does not crash, there appears to be a bug that seriously affects gameplay.

The bug is that I am getting health and happiness modifiers for buildings that I did NOT build, and NOT getting modifiers for buildings that I have built, I haven't confirmed it, but this also seem to extend to Civics as well.

I am using the Steam version of BTS (3.19) and the v.41 Caveman2Cosmos mod. Is Steam causing this or is it something else?

Make sure you're on steam's original release version:

If you already are / changing to this doesn't fix it, could you provide a screenshot of the error?

I got just got the Beta. I seems to have solved the issue, though part of it was misreading the tooltips. It was showing what I COULD build to modify certain values, instead of showing bonuses/penalties I already had.
