Rhye’s and Fall v100
- Disabled the Great Works swap mini-game
- Tech tree trimmed again: Fertilizer and Steam Power deleted, and their bonuses reallocated
- Contemporary era tech tree rearranged, and one more tech deleted
- settlers obsolete tech pushed to Plastics
- clean jungle action moved to Plastics
- Moai relocated to correct position (it was placed wrong after the map was resized)
- increased starting techs for European civs on era 4 (Austrian start)
- added Madurai as a hostile city in the south of India (when playing India only)
- Tlaxcala and north Incan independent cities are now hostile (rebel faction)
- added Drone unit
- Walls added to the capital at the start of every Medieval and Renaissance starting cis
- Castle added Netherlands and Portugal start
- Improved starting units of Netherlands, Portugal and China
- increased range of missiles and nuclear units
- added Ngazargamu minor city
- added units to every Pirate city
- Roman power now also extends to Pirates
- Trench Infantry movement changed back to 2, Foreign Legion back to 3, Tank to 6
- most of Byzantine city names made in Greek instead of Latin
- city renames update
- European civs more protected from collapse during colonization era
- shortcut to the Tech Tree button added to the UI
- added G&K interface, but only some parts show up, and the rest for now only after reloading.
- added increased modifiers for global happiness
- slightly discounted units, buildings and improvements of the first 3 eras
- Arabian power reduced to 50% chance (75% for AI)
- Phoenicia gets Optics instead of Cerimonial Burial at start in order to make harbors work

- Monument requires Ceremonial Burial. Postponed in order to slow up very early culture production
- Merged Lasa and Kathmandu into a single Minor civ to make room for a western African one
- Added Casablanca and Dakar as Berber minor civ
- moved Malinese cities to Berber
- Sarapion assigned to Ethiopia
- the open tech tree button inside the mini panel deleted as there is a dedicated button with icon
- deleted policy branch completion bonuses of the branches corresponding to the new governments, since they can never be reached
- reassigned policy branch completion bonus of Liberty, now available to Exploration, which was about archeology and unsuitable
- fixed wrong count of Roman victory plots
- Tunis no longer assigned to Arabia
- added Victory point for the Incas for extending borders in height
- tweaked policy cost formula to make it slightly harder at the beginning and cheaper later
- added mounted units to conquistador events
- tuned Turkey and Austria-Hungary starting year
- small map changes in China, England, Senegal, Arabia and Chad
- reduced Gibraltar gold output
- removed one sheep from London
- fixed a Lua exception regarding stability
