It seems games playing Israel have slightly different rules (such as the existence of King Solomon's Mine), since playing Babylon or Carthage, they are represented as a City State. Would it be possible to remove Al-Aqsa from the Arabian flipping zone for Israel games ONLY? Tyre/Sur would flip, but Jerusalem would stay?
