It wasn't intended to - the current government is inept, disorganized and too busy smacking down anyone with ideas against theirs to improve the DG.

Agreed. Launching a rebellion is the right of every player inside of this game. This is a core right above the roleplay, the gameplay, and the factions. Any attempt to punish Vandal may lead to a punishment on your own part or even negating the triads ability to run for a prime faction.

Yes... I would vote my own faction out of power. It matters little to me.

he try to overthrow the government and couldn't even think of a reason i say behead him then put the head on a pole in the capital to rot away as an example.. i mean think of what he would do to the women and children if he became in power?

Yeah, the rebellion was best handled in an innocent roleplay thread, where all had fun with it, no sanctions beyond roleplay.
