simple questions, are vassals counted for the land or pop % you should have to win?

Also, what about the religion %, is it the % of pop in cities which have the religion, or the % of all the pop of an empire adopting it officially? The former I guess.

I believe that 50% of their land, pop, etc, counts as yours for all the victory purposes.

Which religious percent do you mean?

The percentages shown in the Religious Advisor screen (F7) are percent of the total world population following that religion. Cities with multiple religions spread their population evenly among the options present.
