VEM "Cost +%" mouseover?

:c5production:production cost (in hammers) x cost = :c5gold:gold cost (of "rushbuying")

The vanilla game has all sorts of hidden cost modifiers for converting hammers to gold prices. VEM is great and makes the whole process more transparent.

To give an example of the formula wobuffet provided, if something has 50:c5production: cost and a 400% gold modifier, it costs 200:c5gold: to purchase (50 * 4.00 = 200).

High gold modifiers (most units) means the item is better to build with production. Low gold modifiers (most buildings) means it's better to purchase with gold. Not absolutely better... just relatively speaking, if this makes sense. So in other words if you want to get two things, one with a 300% modifier and the other 500%, purchase the first and build the second.

As wobuffed mentioned, this is all in vanilla but hidden.
