How you put yourself in venetta ?
I found 3 way ,
1 to atack .
2 to use prob .
3 to speak with a third party .
the other faction just call me and declar vendata . I never found this possibility to just call vendata on somebody .

Strangely enough, there is no button or link that merely says "declare war".

Building a base in someone else's territory almost always does the trick.

Or busting them with a few missiles, choppers, etc...

Though this'll of course ruin your reputation, and I guess you meant 'ways to make your enemy declare war on you'?

espcialy when my comerce balance with the party is negativ
and he is far aways .
one time I tricked morgan
i exchange base than atack from the base he gave me
and took back the base that i give him
most of game i finished with bad reputation
vicky or scrupolose

this game beginining just " dependaple " I only atack the spartan and only capture sparta . it was my first specialist game
used artilery infantry and needeljet almost losed all my plane .
killed a lot of probe . 2 vendata and 4 treaty .
refuse all brother pact , make a mistake of 2 loan

playing lal have only half of vote 150 need 75 vote to win
try once evrybody no
I got empath guid so i have realy 35 vote
