I just loaded the Civ IV complete, that has the warlords with it. I am able to play fine but the graphics get squirelly the longer I play. There are ghost images popping up where the lower part of the screen starts "ghosting" backwards and negative over the upper portion and vice versa.
Running - Dell dimension 8250, 2gig ram, ATI Radeon 9600 256mb vid card, P4 2.4 ghz, windows xp SP2 32 bit, Civ IV ver 1.74, downloaded latest ATI drivers and DirectX9.0c. I beleive I have done everything right. I maxed out the setting on the vid card (started w/ them on default) lowered setting in game to lowest settings, and it still happens and gets worse the longer I am in there, because the screen gets busier. I have looked through threads to find this exact issue but can't seem to find it.
