Video problem :S

I have come up with one issue. My enemies are just about to start steal thegnology from me. I would like to be able to spy too. Well,when i open civilization (3),the screen looks like this:

When i play the game all the ''palace'',''Episonage'' and all those things are hidden. Is there any other way to do those actions,witch are in those tiny squares,and they are like |N|,|K| etc.

I already tried to move the screen left from my screen menu,but it does't move enough. Any help wanted,thank you

Just taking a guess here...

At what resolution does your monitor run when not playing the game? The game by default runs at 1024 x 768, and it appears there could be a difference. You can get the game to run at your regular monitor resolution by typing "KeepRes=1" in your .ini file.

I think other members may have different types of solutions for your problem.

Hmm. So i open my .ini file,and copy that in there? (do i have to replace something with that or what?)

Yes, and without the quotation marks, of course. I'd put it at the very end of the .ini file so you can locate it easily if you don't like the results. It doesn't actually matter what line it's on. There's nothing to replace as the default isn't listed there at all.
