[BNW] Viking Age City States (Open to Suggestions)

I am working on a City State pack representing Viking Age & Medieval Europe. The idea behind the pack is to populate Lungora's North Sea map with era-appropriate city states for a viking age civ game. I may eventually create an expanded version of that map which includes Iceland and extends north to Oulu and east to Kiev, and city states outside those boundaries may still be added.

I am accepting suggestions for city states to add to this pack. If you would like to suggest a city state to add, please include a demonym, a modern location (if not immediately relevant), a city state type, and a simple civilopedia entry.

I am also trying to avoid city states which are capitals or major cities for any of the civilizations in this Viking era civilization pack. Cities which were once part of independent kingdoms or tribes, or those with shifting alliances are accepted (for example Agdir is included to represent one of the petty kingdoms pre-unification Norway)
