This is my first day here, so forgive me if I've missed something, but...
Looking over the 2 pinned threads, it seems unlikely that anyone would actually notice any of the suggestions there (except maybe from the first and last pages).
these threads have gotten so big, in my opinion - too big for their own good.
So I suggest focusing on 1 page each week, voting on the best idea from that page.
If will take over a year, but at least it will narrow down a ~55 page thread to a ~55 post thread that a modder looking for inspiration is much more likely to notice... and it will shine more of a spotlight on the small ideas the community would like to see.
