Wake All

Is there a way to "wake all" workers at once, or do I have to go find them all to start building railroads?

Also, if there is a way to "upgrade all" units, it would make life alot easier.

In the topleft corner where the science tech being research is shown has a drop menu. There is a unit option, that lists all units/what they are doing(sleep, building etc). You can use that to find them quicker/wake them.
