want alot of credit for a little work??

I have a great imagination, and want to create senarios... MANY senarios... but I do not have a good gif editor. everytime I try, its to big, costs to much, or eats up my files. so I am proposing... if you do my graphics for me, I will give you 50% of the credit!! currentley I have someone signed up to create my first senario, eighteen-seventy-five, which will be realaced here within 1 month, but if you e-mail me at weimar_republic@hotmail.com I will put you first on the waiting list. if this sounds good, then e-mail me.

In the ;ast post, there is the adress of photo paint shop pro, the shareware almost everybody use

Also, you shouldn't say your proposition like that, working on a scen graphics is not "a little work" dependiing of the scen, it may be a very great work...

Myself, I have somebody (prometeus)working on my scen's graphics, but he don't make it for the purpose to have is name in the scen, even if he can be sure to have about 50% of the credit because i would have been unable to make this scen without him. He works on those graphics because he's interested in it... You may also ask Captain Nemo, about tanks and airplanes, on Apolyton forums (I never seen him here)

unfortunatley... I have PSP but the only version small enough for me to get was 3 and 3 gobbels up the Gif. 7 is to large and needs a pentium 500, I only have a 200

No I do not want 50% credit. But I use paintshop pro version 3.11 which is only 1.8 Megs and the gif editor of choice for many scenario creators as mentioned above. It doesn't gobble up anything (maybe your version 3 is an even earlier release). If you want, I can e-mail it to you.

Also, have a look a previous threads about using bmp files instead (but not for classic civ2)

I have MGE and every time I use v3.11 it turns all the black into transparent... or I think so anyways... eathier way when I try to use the gif, even if I just open it and save it without any changed, my civII will not accept it.

can bmp's be used for MGE, if so I may use this

Yes, BMP works perfectly with Civ, the default editor of windows have few options...
