want to add more civs

want to play a custom game on a world map with 24 civs. i changed the info in notepad to accommodate 24, but everytime i load the game i can play with only 18. how do i make it so i can play more than 18??? do not want to play a mod. thank you

The default game core only support a maximium of 18 civ's in a single game.

Search for a dll allowing for more. (I think 34 is a common number...)

where would i find a 34 civ dll??? i've been looking around and i don't know which one to use.

I think there was one released with solvers unofficial patch.
I dont use any myself, so i can't tell you for sure which one is up-to-date.
