Warlord & FFH

If i install Warlord on my copy of Civ4 change the version of FFH??

No it won't. FFH goes under the mods page of CivIV and warlords will get its own folder. If you install warlords I recommend you make a shortcut to FFH so you don't have to worry about switching versions, loading hte mod, etc

I have already a shortcut for FFH. If i installa warlord and put normally the DVD of civ4 in the pc, when i start FFH from the shortcut, can i have problem?

No, to the best of my knowledge installing warlords does not affect FFH at all. Just run FFH as you normally would.
