7) Have some soft of event code for great periods of time (apartheid)
8) Unique Tech Tree 4000bc to endgame
9) Using what I can in Civ Gold 2.0, Arma, Civ Army. And Other Such Mods
10) Unique Buildings
11) SDK Mods as needed (The Lopez Cultural System for one, immigrants)
12) Religion Changes
13) Colony System Ala RustyShackelford (Arbitrary Guy) EE3
14) Proper Placement
15) Tech Leak Through Trade
16) Cultrure Link Through Trade
17) Events (Italian Congo defense)
18) Colonization system ALA EE3

Would love if thelopez had his sdk stuff ready to go with the great options changer.
I can do python, xml and maybe some art as well as CVS and release docs. Of course I could do planning and logistics. And sound is a good point for me as I do a lot of ethno mulsic I would need SDK, Art, Backup on python, xml folks f i get bogged down.
and of course playtesters.

I'd like to include some of the "persian gulf" / middle east but not sure if this is necessary.

(the out of africa civ add on may be a good place to start and then work UB and tweak out leader traits.
Moral Ethical Questions in game would be interesting, ya know the old type about small pox blankets or enslaving population. I'd like some dynamic conflicts based off of ideologies.
