Warlords Questions About Modding

I don't have Warlords yet, I'm going to Worst Buy tomorrow. But, do any modders have it yet, and I'd like if they answered a couple of questions for me.

1. Is the SDK already with Warlords? Or do we have to wait 5 months for a patch again?

2. Is the civilization limit removed? We were supposed to be able to do it in Vanilla, but it didn't work because of a bug.

I got mine 3 hours ago, EB Games is simply the best game-store in town!
1. There is actually core file, so I'm pretty positive that the SDK is shipped with the game.

2. I didn't test that yet, but I hope someone could report something about that... I've heard a rumour that that was a complete lie...

Is this core file the CvGameCoreDLL.dll file? Because if it is, that's not enough, there would also need to be the sources that accompany it.
