Warlords XML query???

Hi guys. Was poking through the CivicsInfo XML file, and I found a VERY interesting line. Only problem is I have NO idea what it does. It reads like this:

<iExpInBorderModifier>0</iExpInBorderModifier>

Anyone know about this one, or will I need to experiment for myself?

Maybe you gain this additional Exp. during fights or after training of units.

I think I know what it is. I think it might modify the experience you get if you fight conflicts within your own border. Very Interesting !

You are correct. It does modify the experience you get if you fight within your own borders.
