My post is designed to shed light on the fact that the scoring system incentivizes war/domination. I think the scoring system should be updated to allow the other victory types a better chance at competing for score. In order to conquer civilizations, you will need good science (better units) and good culture (civics and goverment cards for boosts in unit production/strength), so by providing more points in those areas (science, religion, culture, etc.) it should balance out, but still give players who are not battling the same chance at points.

Some ideas I have for solving what I mentioned are getting more points for district buildings respectively. This means every campus building equals 1 point, theatre/ entertainment buildings equals 1/2 points, holy site buildings equal 1 religion point, etc.
More points for religion because I believe religion is underrated in the scoring system so points should be awarded for religious achievements such as points for apostles (1) and missionaries (1/2).

Ideas for improving the scoring system unless you think it does not need to be changed?
