Well, the story behind this one is simple. If it's "No purchase necessary" then it's not subject to gambling regulations. The inside the bag just makes it just that much harder.

I think everybody noticed that companies keep putting more and more warning labels on their products to avoid damage claims. Sometimes they over do it and then you get this:

I have just bought a torch with the warning
"CAUTION - DO NOT LOOK DIRECTLY AT THE BULB"

now guess where they put the label?
