EDIT: First leader in the scenario is named JNinja and has chieftain difficulty... I assume this is not intentional?
Fixed it in this save... BUT getting "You have been defeated!" on the first turn!
EDIT AGAIN: Played a normal game and won a conquest victory turn 113?! (marathon speed). It seems EVERY civ but me was annihilated by barbs... :o

Hmmm, so I looked into it and it appears that for whatever reason all of the cities have disappeared. The only civs with units were Drangite and Gnomidica. I guess I will need to add that to my to do list, thanks for bringing this to my attention. :)
 
You should also definitely add an option to remove those barbs spawning outside of cities, since every civ starts with a settler and a scout, so they often attack cities BEFORE any defense can be built! That's kinda too difficult for the AI, because even if they try to build a warrior at the beginning, they aren't fast enough... I won just thanks to WB, so....

Okay, after several tests and some tweaking, I have determined that the AI simply cannot figure out how to set itself up defensively against Barbs. Because of this, I think I will remove that feature so that the Raging Barbarian feature can still be used. I should have a patch up for this shortly.

Edit: Here we go, here is the patch. Just download that file and replace your current Python file with that.
