Weird Animations

Any 1 got a tip or trick to make the animations be how they should? cuz at least for me all units look like normal CIV4 units until i click on them, only when clicked on do they have their animation given to them in the MOD(example a Dwarven Worker looks like a reg worker until clicked on)..is this normal, becuz it annoys the crap outta me..So far im loving the mod(i just got it) except for that detail..

You have Frozen Animations on. The team doesn't have the ability to create frozen animations, so they revert to vanilla civ models when they freeze.

Ok so if I take off frozen animations it should look like the MOD unit it was ment to be 24/7? thanks
