Weird glitch on Disc 2.

On the second disk of my Civ4 game, I get an error about a "cyclic redundancy check" Data Error.

Is there anyway I can stop that from happening or is my disc screwed up?

You can try with a different drive but the "cyclic redundancy check Data Error" is a very bad sign for the disk integrity: it does mean "there is an error somewhere!"

Might be screwed up, might be dirty. Also the cd drive might be old/bad. Try copying the contents of the CD to your hard drive. Try a different cd drive / computer.
