Weird graphical bug for a civilization's colors

I've work on my mods for now ~8 months, and I've suddenly experienced a bug which doesn't talk to me at all.
The civilization got wrong colors :

(should be blue and white)
Also, Maribor is stated as the original capital of the civilization, but it should be Vizima.

I've try to launch the civilization in a totally new game, and everything is normal (haven't pass a turn though). So it seems that something have messed up in the save, but I'm almost sure to haven't altered it by editing mods. "Almost" because I may have changed some texts on my Wonders mod, but I can't figure out how it would have messed up so much. I haven't uninstall/reinstall the mod after the change (like I usually do), just copy pasted the text.xml.
Database doesn't help at all.
Right now it doesn't seems to warm too much the game, but I would know if someone has already experienced something like that in order to prevent something happens again.

Yes, it has happened to me and it is a very weird glitch that still has not been fixed.
I played with larger maps ( 16 - 20 civs ) using mods, and I saw the glitch. I thought it happened because I had too many civs on the map and it might mess up the colour scheme.

So I started a game with 12 civs, on the largest vanilla map ( not modded ). I still had the glitch - played as France. My civ colour was just fine, but USA was Green ( main colour ) and white ( secondary colour ) and Spain had Kongo colours and much more issues.

Currently, I think there is no fix so I will just have to reinstall the game, a very weird glitch indeed.

the OP is over a year old. the images and mediafire address are probably no longer valid.

Also @MobzillaMurphy is talking about Kongo, which is not part of Civ5

@LeeS wow yes, this is old, but still, the glitch keeps happening ( talking about Civ VI ). There is no fix yet unless you get a mod which is currently incompatible. Just gonna have to settle with Germany with Brazilian colours and Russia with no colours.

Your problem tho is you posted on a thread in the civ5 (five) forum rather than in a thread on the civ6 (six) forum.
