civ addict beyond remedy
Hi everybody,
for some reason the Entertainer in "Varna" can´t be used for anything. Does anybody know why that happens? The game can´t be played properly if the cities don´t grow. The only thing that worked was hungering down the city to "1", and recreate it - which is no solution.
Any help is highly appreciated.
