What are the 7 deadly sins?

What are the sins? I can only think of a few off hand.. but thats possibly because i dont consider some essentially sins..

Lust? Is that really bad?

Lying is not a sin only bearing false witness is a sin and a mortal one, even the bible recognises the importance of lying to prevent the disintegration of societies.

I think murder falls under anger. And lies are a result of the deadly sins.
