What buildings are destroyed when a city is captured? I want to say national wonders and buildings that produce culture. Is this correct, and if so any others?

If you have already built a national wonder in your empire and you capture the same national wonder in the captured city, it is destroyed upon capture. However, if you didn't build the said national wonder, it will stay there (and prevent you from building that national wonder in other cities, which is one of the stupidest features in the game).

Don't know about regular buildings though.

Buildings destroyed on capture are: buildings that produce culture (except world wonders), barracks, stables, walls, national wonders. Exception: UBs that produce culture when the regular building doesn't don't count as culture producing buildings (so if you capture a granary as Inca it turns into a terrace).

I'm not sure what the chance for other buildings to survive is (either 50% or 66%, can't remember).

Buildings destroyed on capture are... national wonders.
So... which one of those answers in regards to National Wonders is correct?

I HAVE retained ownership of a National Wonder that I did not own when a City Culturally-flipped to me, but all of the Culture-producing buildings were also retained, so that fact doesn't really shed conclusive light on what happens when you capture a City with a National Wonder in it that you don't already own a copy of.

Is the reverse also true (capturing a City with a Terrance can give you a Granary) or will the Terraces be consistently destroyed and thus not become Granaries?

Culture-flipping follows a completely separate set of rules from conquest.

Military buildings (i.e. barracks, stables, airports) are definitely down 100%, in addition to culture buildings and national wonders.

The rest of the non-wonder buildings probably have ~ 70% chance of being kept.
